5. Fees and Payment

Our referral and matching services are provided at no cost to clients seeking assistance.

5.2 Professional Services

Fees for legal or support services are:

• Set independently by each professional
• Agreed upon directly between you and the professional
• Not collected or processed by DadAssist

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Limitations

DadAssist is not liable for:

• The quality, accuracy, or completeness of professional services
• Any outcomes or results of legal proceedings
• Professional misconduct or negligence by network members
• Delays or failures in communication
• Technical issues or service interruptions

6.2 Maximum Liability

In no event shall DadAssist's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
